The Managing Director of Fulcrum Limited is ISPS accredited by Det Norske Veritas in accordance with DNV Seaskill Standard for Certification to be Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) of 2002 compliant, and is issued on behalf of the United States Coast Guard Maritime Center (USCG NMC) and the U.S. Maritime Administration

(MARAD). He is also ISM accredited for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention as adopted by the IMO and in compliance with the International Convention for SOLAS 1974 for the Safe Operation of Ships.

Fulcrum Tactical Lasers adheres to the restrictions As stated in the United Nation Protocol for the use of Blinding Weapons and the treaties signed by all the member countries

Fulcrum operational personnel have completed the Anti-Terrorist Awareness Training level 1 as provided by the USA Department of Defence and accredited by the United States Coast Guard.

All Fulcrum operational personnel have completed STCW95 training and all have Police Clearance Certificates.

An ISO/PAS28007:2012 certification was issued to Fulcrum Limited for amongst others, the operational use of Drones And Tactical Lasers.
