The FTL is the most advanced hand-held threat assessment laser illuminator for use at long range against human threats. It is a visual, non-permanent blinding, non-lethal, hail, warning and incapacitating deterrent at distances up to 2.5 km. It falls outside the limitations of the United Nations Protocol for blinding weapons. It comes with a 2 year warrantee and maintenance contract.
